Do I need to send the charger or accessories with my device?

Don't have the charger, accessories or original box? Not a problem! We'll still buy the following Tech items and the price you've been offered won't be affected: all cell phones, all tablets, all iPods.

We require the power supply and controller(s) (where applicable) to be sent in with the following Tech:

  • Consoles and handhelds
  • Laptops and MacBooks
  • Smartwatches
  • Kindles
  • GoPros
  • Apple Tvs

When selecting the condition of the device you'd like to sell, it will state whether the exclusion of a required component will affect the price you'll be offered. For example: if you wish to sell an Apple TV 4th Gen 32GB but you're missing the power supply and/or remote, you should select "poor" condition. If you selected any other condition, we would offer you a revised price as it wouldn't have matched our required selling conditions.
