Where can I see any changes to my order and what happens to rejected items?

From time to time we're sent items in a condition that we can't accept nor make payment for. This could be for a number of reasons. All the stuff that gets rejected is recycled responsibly at our own cost.

Throughout the selling process, you'll be able to view any changes to your order directly from My Account.

You can view any rejected items by selecting the order from your order history.
