I haven't received my payment yet. What do I do?

If you've not received your direct deposit payment within 3 business days of payment being issued, please contact our Customer Service Team who will investigate this for you.

If your PayPal payment hasn't cleared within 24 hours of payment being made, please contact our Customer Service Team.

If we've been unable to send your payment due to incorrect bank details, we'll send you an email to let you know so you can update them.
