I haven't received my payment yet. What do I do?

If your check was sent over 10 business days ago, we'd advise double checking that the address is correct before contacting us to organise another payment.

If you've not received your direct deposit payment within 3 business days of payment being issued, please contact our Customer Service Team who will investigate this for you.

If your PayPal payment hasn't cleared within 24 hours of payment being made, please contact our Customer Service Team.
