What happens to my Tech when you receive it?

Once your items arrive at our warehouse, we’ll carry out a short visual inspection of the parcel. We’ll then send it to our quality assessment technicians for a more thorough check. This will include checking for physical damage, testing the device's functionality according to the condition you selected, and securely erasing any data left on the device.

If we find that your Tech item matches the description you selected at valuation, we’ll process it at the original price and pay you the next day.

If you we find that your item differs from the description you provided, we’ll contact you with a revised offer. You'll have 14 days to either accept or reject this offer. If you choose to reject the offer, we’ll return your item to you free of charge.
