Can I use decluttr if I live outside of the U.S?

decluttr is only available for use by customers who have a registered U.S address. 

We aren't currently accepting trades from Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, South America, Asia, Africa, Europe, Australia, or from any APO addresses.
