How we’re responding to the COVID-19 pandemic
We recognize COVID-19 is a serious issue and we’re following all guidance provided by the CDC, as well as state and government officials. All of our Head Office, IT Development and Customer Service staff are now working from home.
Our warehouse is still open but we’ve taken a number of measures to protect both our team and customers:
- We’ve dramatically increased the frequency of our cleaning procedures to ensure all of our employees have a safe and sanitized working environment.
- We’ve introduced strict social distancing measures, with all team members working at least 6ft apart at all times.
- We’ve staggered shift times to reduce social contact, marked floor areas around the entrance and exit to ensure team members are 6ft apart and eliminated the need to clock in and out.
- All team members are following strict hygiene measures, including frequent hand washing and ensuring all protective equipment is available.
Can I still ship my stuff to you?
Yes. Our warehouse is still open and our shipping partner, UPS, is operating as normal throughout the country. All drop-off points and UPS shops should be open as usual.
Are payment times affected?
No, we’ll still pay the day after your items arrive. We’ll of course update this page if this changes but, as it stands, our team is still processing items as normal and you’ll still get fast next day payment.
Are you still delivering Decluttr Store orders?
Yep, all of our delivery services are operating as usual. Our tech will help you work from home and keep connected with your family and our huge range of great value CDs, DVDs and games to keep you (and the kids) entertained.
