My check has not arrived yet. Please can you reissue it?
We can only reissue checks 10 business days after they were originally posted. If after 10 business days your check has not arrived we will issue you with a new one, please contact our Customer Service team on 678-766-1762 9:00am to 5:00pm (ET) Monday to Friday or firstname.lastname@example.org
If you receive the original check after you have requested a reissue, please contact our customer service team. If you attempt to cash this check you may be charged.
