Where can I see any changes to my order and what happen to rejected items?


From time to time we’re sent items in a condition that we can’t accept or make payment for. This could be for a number of reasons. All the stuff that gets rejected is responsibly recycled at our own cost.


Throughout the process you will be able to view any changes to your order in your online account. You can view the rejected items by signing into your Account and viewing your order history. To find the item list, click on the magnifying glass near the the order number.
