Will you still buy my cell phone if it has a damaged battery?

Due to US Transportation regulations and public safety concerns, we are unable to accept devices containing batteries that are:

  • Damaged - the battery cannot be placed in the device and used as intended;
  • Defective - the manufacturer has determined there is a defect within the battery;
  • Recalled - the manufacturer has issued a recall.

If you've sent us a device which contains a Damaged, Defective or Recalled (DDR) battery, we will be required to recycle the device upon receipt.

Further information regarding DDR batteries can be read here
