From the moment your box is sent to us, it should take 7-10 business days to get to us here at decluttr. As soon as your order arrives here, we'll let you know by email.
You will also be given a receipt once you have dropped your parcel off at one of the many UPS locations, you can use the tracking number on the receipt to check the status of the delivery.
If your items haven’t arrived within 7-10 business days then they may be lost in transit. Please get in touch with your tracking information and order number and we’ll chase the matter up for you.
