If your item is regraded, we’ll let you know by email. There's an "accept/decline" link contained within the email. Click the link and you'll be taken through to My Account. From there, you can accept or decline the revised price.
If the link doesn't work, you can log into My Account directly to accept or decline the offer. Select the "selling" tab, view your order history and either accept or decline the revised price.
You will need to accept or decline the revised offer within 14 days of receiving the email. If you don't accept or decline the revised offer within this time frame, the revised offer price will be automatically accepted.
